Question about War Thunder models animations

Is there any 3D software simular to blender, that have the animation path for parts like landing gear, for the GLFT files?

You can use blender if you download the GLTF or GLB files of the models. It seems that for most models, the pivot points of all the parts will be available to animate manually. You might have to do some research as to how the different landing gear parts look extended, but it's not difficult. (Unless you are looking for a completely automated process which is another story!.)
