Extracting from "Мир кораблей" / World of Warships russian client

Does anyone know how to extract from this version of the game? Apparently the extractor tool does not recognize the files.

The Russian version of the game is two steps ahead of the European one. The data format that was in 13.6 in the Russian version has only just appeared in 13.8 in the European version. I mean assets.bin.

The changes are very small, but they cause problems when converting models.

What should we do to open the files then?

I don't use official tools, so I can't give advice.

I can share the source code of my PHP scripts for the Russian server, but I'm not sure they will help you. They are, um, a bit specific.
