Do you mean the battleship in one of the hangars? It's just a lower quality version of the New Mexico 1936 from WoWS.

P-63 никогда не планировалась в WoWp и запчасти если и были только от разных вариантов  P-39.

Единственный вариант сборки из запчастей который я использовал это ремоделинг Me-309 из запчастей  Me-609.

The P-63 was never planned in WoWp and the spare parts if they were only from different variants of the P-39.

The only spare parts assembly option that I used was Me-309 remodeling from Me-609 parts.

I see, though judging by the texture sheet, there existed a 4-blade propeller variant as well as underwing gun pods.

Вы имеете в виду линкор в одном из ангаров? Это просто более низкая качественная версия New Mexico 1936 от WoWS.

Do you have a screenshot of what these ships look like? Would make it easier for me to look for them. 

I looked in the res files of WoA a while ago but found nothing of interest. All the interesting ships are in WoWS and WT. You don't need any of the very low re ships of WoA. There is nothing usable in WoA.

 WoWP does have a higher quality version of the USS Akron if I'm not mistaken.

Missing Models?

I noticed that the Minelayer is missing the hull? Is this my end or this end?

Also the American Subs Gato and Balao are missing. Several models are.

Some models are available only in special test versions of the game. Since the last Ripper update, there have been no tests and no models generated.

WC is a skin version of Lexington. There's two because there's 2 Lexington hulls.

If your version is from last year, I already have everything in it, I am looking for older versions, from 2015.
